Pat Cantor Scores in SCBWI Illustration Contest

The Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators awarded Pat Cantor with an honorable mention for her entry in the 28th Illustrator Contest. The topic consisted in depicting "Lab Partner Mayhem! When your book's main character gets to the first day of Biology something worse than mold in a petri dish is waiting." Cantor has recently won the best portfolio award at the annual Los Angeles conference of the SCBWI.
