October 5th Is Show Opening Day for Alumn Kozyndan, Heisuke Kitazawa and C Hill

Kozyndan and Heisuke Kitazawa (PCP) will have art shown in the exhibit "Heavenly Friends" at the Griffiths Arts Center (St. Lawrence University, Canton, NY). The show, curated by Eric Nakamura (Giant Robot), brings together artists from both sides of the Pacific Ocean, who share stylistic and conceptual approaches. Kitazawa tells us each artist will have eight to ten pieces presented. Other artists included are Munkao, Eishi Takaoka, Saelee Oh, Caroline Hwang, Deth P. Sun , and Jeana Sohn. "Heavenly Friends" opens Oct 5, 2006. That same day from 6 to 9pm, clear across the country, in Pomona, CA, the Kellogg University Art Gallery at California State Polytechnic University is having its opening for the art show, "DPI" (Digitally Propelled Ideas). This nationally juried show of digitally generated art includes Stars, Crosses, & Stripes, a gallery comics by C Hill. "DPI" lasts till October 21.
